What we do.

Working with RGM Productions starts with a quick discovery call, where we talk through the type of music you're envisioning, how often you'd like live performances (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and what your budget looks like. From there, we schedule a site visit to walk the space together and determine exactly where the music will live — the room, the setup, the sound. Once that's set, you choose a start date, and the music begins. RGM handles the talent, scheduling, and logistics from end to end, so you get one point of contact and one 1099 at the end of the year instead of managing a roster of individual musicians.
